In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using the information is fulfilled. Procedures and methods of destroying personal information are as follows.

Procedures
Once the purpose has been fulfilled, information entered by you is transferred to a separate DB (separate document in case information is in paper form) and saved for the prescribed period of time according to the reasons of information protection (Refer to Period of Information Holding and Use.) based on internal rules and other related laws before it is destroyed.
Unless otherwise specified by law, personal information transferred to a separate DB is not used for purposes other than the original purpose of collection.

Personal information saved in the form of electronic file is deleted by using technical methods to prevent reproduction of records.

Provision of Personal Information

In principle, the Company does not provide personal information of users to outside parties. However, exception applies to the following cases.

The information will be modified or deleted after identity confirmation process. In the event you have requested modification or deletion of errors in personal information, the information will not be used or provided until the requested modification or deletion is completed. Personal information deleted upon request by user or legal representative is processed pursuant to specifications in 'Term of Holding and Using Personal Information Collected by MEDISON' and will not be available or used for other purposes.

Installation, Operation and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Device

The Company does not operate a device to collect personal information automatically created when using Internet service, such as cookie, etc.

Civil Service on Personal Information

The Company designates a division and a personal information management officer in charge as of the following in order to protect personal information of our customers and to handle complaints related to personal information.

You can make reports and civil applications on the matters of personal information protection that occur while using services of the Company to the personal information management officer or the division in charge. The Company will provide you with sufficient responses promptly in relation to the reports made.
