Q There is nothing on the screen.
A

The connection between the monitor and the video line or power line of the main unit may be defective, or the monitor or the main unit may be defective.
Check the connection between the monitor and the video line or power line of the main unit.
If the screen printing works OK, the monitor is defective, and if the screen printing does not work, or an abnormal screen is printed, the product is defective.

Q The screen changes color / shrinks or expands vertically or horizontally / shows only a single vertical
      or horizontal line.

If the external monitor (for patients) has the same symptom, the product is defective, and otherwise the monitor is defective.

Q Only the image is not shown.
A

The contact between the product and the probe may have a problem, or the product may be defective.
Separate the probe from the product in the Freeze state, and reconnect it.
Select a probe with another frequency.

Q Vertical lines appear in the image
A

The contact between the product and the probe may have a problem, or it may be noise in the power due to the external environment.

1. Separate the probe from the product in the Freeze state, and reconnect it.
2. Select a probe with another frequency.
3. Check if there is a building under construction in the vicinity.
4. Check if there is a high-voltage cable in the vicinity.
5. Check if an electric blanket is used on the patient's bed

Q The screen stops after an error / The screen works even after an error.

Temporary software error or product defect or OS software error.
Turn it off and back on after 1~2 minutes.

Q "click" sound (the connection between the product and the probe.)

Q Can hear sparks

Q No Power
A

The power cord is not connected, or internal parts may malfunction.

1. Check if the connection status of the power cable, and if the AVR switch is on.
2. Unplug it, and have it checked by a service engineer.
3. Plug another product in the power outlet, and see if it works.

Q No Power
A

The software may have an error, or internal parts may malfunction.
For digital products switch them off to ensure stability.
For analog products you must have them checked by a service engineer.

Q No Printing
A

The connection between the printer and the video line or power line of the main unit may be defective, or the printer or the main unit may be defective.
Check the connection status between the printer and the video line or power line of the main unit.

Q Vertical lines when printing / Horizontal lines when printing
A

Vertical lines : The printer head may have a problem.
Horizonal lines : The printer itself has something wrong with it.
You must have it checked by a service engineer to clean the printer head or replace parts.

Q No picture on the external monitor (for patients)
A

The connection between the monitor and the video line or power line of the main unit may be defective, or the monitor or the main unit may be defective.

1. Check the connection status of the monitor.
2. Check the connection status between the monitor and the video line of the main unit.

Q No VTR recording
A

The connection between the VTR and the video line of the main unit may be defective, or the VTR settings may be wrong.

1. Check the connection status between the VTR and the video line of the main unit.
2. Use the VTR or the VTR remote control to set up external inputs (L1,L2). For details please see the VTR user manual.

Q No VTR images on the product
A

The connection between the VTR and the video line of the main unit may be defective, or the VTR settings may be wrong.
1. Check the connection status between the VTR and the video line of the main unit
2.You can set up the product in the Setup Menu according to the input video (VHS or S-VHS) of the connected VTR.

Q Attention!
A

To suppress the occurrence of electric noise during diagnostics, do not use the system near a power generator, an X-ray device, or a transmission line of a broadcasting station. The noise may result in an abnormal screen. In addition, use an independent power source and completely ground it. If it uses the same power source as another device, noise may occur, and the quality of the images on the screen may not be uniform.
